95% of the time, it is because your domain name is not pointed to Eugene Hosting's DNS servers yet. If you are a new customer and have order a new domain name from us, it will take 24-72 hours before your domain name becomes active. Once your domain name is active, your Email service will work as well. If you are transferring your domain name to Eugene Hosting, you need to make sure your domain name is pointed to Eugene Hosting DNS servers. To find out if your domain name is pointed to our DNS numbers, you can do a whois search under your domain name. Look at the primary and secondary DNS servers and make sure it's pointed to:
Primary Server Hostname: ns1.serverseasy.net
Secondary Server Hostname: ns2.serverseasy.netThe other problem why your website is not coming up is because you uploaded a file with bad script coding. Always, make a backup of the file before you start editing it. Some file extensions that will cause your web site errors: .cgi, .pl , .htaccess
