Eugene Hosting offers a full 30 day money back guarantee. No questions asked. If you are not happy for any reason, cancel your service within 30 days of signup and your full setup fee and monthly costs will be refunded. The only exception to a refund, is if you violate Eugene Hosting Terms of Service(TOS). Violations of the TOS usually are due to spamming, hacking, and illegal content. Your account can be cancelled ONLY by submitting secure service cancellation from. Other methods of cancellation are not valid.
