We can give you all the server info you need to configure your script. Please understand that our technical support staff are not programmers and know basic information about scripts configuration. There are endless possibilities why a script is not working. We strongly recommend you go through the "README" file that comes with the script and if you run into errors, contact the programmer who wrote the script.
