Please understand that our #1 priority is to keep our servers in perfect operation conditions, so it will remain up and running at all times. If any account jeopardizes our server or network, we will resolve this problem as soon as possible. A website is considered using "Excessive amounts of resources" when the website uses 20% or more of system resources for longer than 60 seconds. There are numerous problems that could cause such problems, this includes: cgi scripts, FTP, HTTP, etc. There could also be many other problems that are considered heavy usage on system resources. We reserve the rights to suspend any hosting account that we feel is jeopardizing our network.
